We generally seem to score 3 goals most games. I guess they may be better at stopping us than others and with the potential attacking injuries, maybe we'll get 2. I think 2-2 is decent score prediction...

Could possibly be without Tats, Rudi, wright and BTA. In which case it would have to be something like:

Rushworth
Mve Thomas Kitching Dasilva
Torp Grimes
KKH Eccles EMC
Simms

They are 16 points behind us, have lost to Oxford and Charlton and have a game on Tuesday before our game.
no reason to fear these and hopefully we will have Tats and Wright back.
Take a draw but really think it should be them that are fearing us and not ourselves

It was only one game but their performance against Oxford highlighted a few of their weaknesses.

I think they'll struggle to cope with how direct we are, especially away from home. I'd imagine we'll let them have the possession and look to hit them on the break / go long to our forward line.

They create a lot of chances though (second in xG table) so I expect there's going to be goals for both sides. Or in typical fashion it'll be a 0-0 snooze fest.

The Blackburn game is a bit of a red herring. They have the depth to be able to rotate which should mitigate any kind of fatigue related issues for our fixture. So I wouldn't really say it gives us any kind of massive advantage.

I've seen little of them but I saw them v Birmingham early season where I wasn't impressed with either and v Swansea when they smashed them and they looked very good on the break so letting them have possesion as you suggest makes sense based on the little I've saw.

I'd be more than happy with a point and keep them 16 (likely 13 after they beat Blackburn who are terrible at home) points behind. This game is as big as Stoke & Boro. If we were to lose, considering our current points, it wouldn't be the end of the world. A win, especially away, would be absolutely massive.

Tats and Haji Will be back
Rudi I would expect
BTA def out

I think he will go 5 at the back for this one though

I will be very happy if that's the extent of our injury list.

This one does worry me: I think it will be the hardest fixture of the season. That said, they will be thinking the same about us.

I reckon there will be only one goal in it, so probably 2-1 or 3-2 but I'm not sure who the victor will be. For once I would be happy with a draw, especially if we beat them at home which I think we will.

True. But there was also a game with similar circumstances last season which we lost (possibly Derby?) so its not something I tend to get too excited about any more.
It's a small advantage and with the way our injuries keep coming we're reaching the stage where we need every little advantage we can get.

Don't go listening to that Benjamin Bloom, there's probably a bit of psychology about him, suggesting 82 points point's should do it this year, apart from stuff like that he's very good.

If the worst case presents itself and no Tats, BTA, Wright or Rudoni I'd go with a 3:

Rushworth
Thomas, Wolf, Kitching
MVE, Torp, Grimes, Dasilva
Eccles, EMC
Simms

If Tats and Rudoni are fit:

Rushworth
MVE, Thomas, Kitching, Dasilva
Torp, Grimes, Rudoni
Tats, Simms, EMC

Slow buildup going forward and prone to errors at the back. With them having an extra game this week can see them tiring towards the end of the game.

Expecting a goal fest. Think we will outscore them. Just hope we have a player or two back from injury.

A draw would be a decent result. They’ve lost once at home this season (3-0 against Charlton!). I’d also take a win though, think I’d prefer a win actually…

Its a close one, but I'd prefer a Win to a draw. Think I prefer a Draw to a loss though. Not sure if thats right.

Ipswich’s record against top half teams has been pretty poor so I’m confident we won’t lose!

3-2 is my score prediction.
