I can only get video to play on the ipad, chrome and IE weren't having it

I’ve got the video playing on my phone, but trying to screen mirror it but only the sound of the game on my tv?
Whenever I mirror YouTube onto my tv it works perfectly!!
Anyone know what I’m doing wrong?

Mine's working now. I logged out n in, then came back on. Might have just been lucky though.
