EMC, Bassette out for rest of season as well as Torp and Dovin.
Bobby back for Middlesbrough game.

Update, after listening to the press conference I am not so sure we can rule out Bassette or EMC totally for the season if we make the play offs but both definitely out for the Luton game, EMC probably won't make Middlesbrough and Norman's injury is relatively minor.

Coventry City injury blow ahead of huge game at Luton Town

So many injuries, I don't care if we don't make it TBF.

Maybe EMC and Bassette will be back for 20 mins in play off final, and then be subbed off like Palmer was in 2023 PO final.

We got told Mason- Clark toe injury wasn't serious, if he broke his toe he wouldn't be out this long.

Thomas and MVE being available would massively help next week.

Think we are screwed with all the injuries. Think we can make the play offs but have to play a low block to have any chance.

Watching Boro today it is probably one team we can get away with the high line against, they coughed up plenty of chances today.

Of course just speculation, you can often get nerve pain through the ankle if the foot swells. He could probably play through it but you lose feeling in your foot. Most likely been rested thinking we could have secured it by now (turned out great) I do think FL will most likely wheel him out Middlesbrough

Big if, we make the play offs will most likely be Sheff U who murdered us with a high line.
Possibly no MVE, Thomas and EMC. Definitely no Dovin, Torp or Bassette. JDS suspended. Sheaf, Eccles, Wilson and Asante not 100% match fit. Lati may join those out.
Can't see us winning unless we tighten up and play to the strengths of the fit players.

To qualify this I mean any semi-final if we get there.

Unfortunately Thomas was struggling with his calf before leaving the field, doing a calf stretch. Unlikely to have been cramp, given this is the injury he was recovering from. Hopefully he hasn't worsened it

That time of the season, patch them up injections, it’s when the medical team earn they’re money, think we’ll see Clark on the bench Friday aswell

Depends on the damage they might do if the try to play through it,

Medical team make their money from making accurate diagnoses and proper treatment, not patching people up with pain killing injections just so they can get back on the field of play. That would in fact be negligence.

happens all the time, especially towards the end of the season, theres no way Thomas is playing without something and there’s probably a couple more, not talking serious injuries, just niggly ones,

Hey #napolimp instead of poo pooing my post, tell me how many Sunderland players would get into our starting 11 (if you've got the balls, although I doubt you have)
