I got a refund for the Portsmouth game without asking for anything.3rd time this had happened to me and as a season pass holder living in Toronto I have never received any compensation. At a minimum they should refund 3 games pro rated

Game starts at 7am over here and this happens way too much! They were probably well aware that they were facing difficulties in streaming the game.

Must be something with St Andrews, can't remember issues at the Ricoh in the previous 2 seasons, certainly not with this regularity anyway. There shouldn’t be a need to claim a refund, Ifollow should just do it automatically.I see MK Dons are refunding their supporters... Let's set if we follow suit.
