Ah didn't know that. I've never risked season pass because I'm paranoid about not getting through using VPN. Have probably spent enough to cover 3 seasons worth on individual match passes.

3rd time this had happened to me and as a season pass holder living in Toronto I have never received any compensation. At a minimum they should refund 3 games pro rated
