Mocking the speech impediment was one of the things most reasonable thinking people found entirely unacceptable behaviour from a certain X England manager

...onwards & upwards PUSB

It's just funny how now we are bottom it's sisu's fault and not Mowbray but being top last year was all down to Mowbray...

Surely that's logical though? If he managed to get a decent team together with the resources he had last year, he deserves the credit. If he has been given even more limited resources this season he can't really be blamed for not pulling a rabbit out the hat!

Like everyone else I hate to see where we are in the league, but seriously do you honestly think there is a man out there who could achieve more with what we have? Because I don't. All this stuff about him not knowing his best team/formation is nonsense, he does know, they're just not up to the job.

Why not? It's a win win for the manager. If they do okay then they're a hero if they fail no one blames them just the owners. Mowbray has never managed this low yet he took the job. Alot of managers will take the job as the longer you're out of work ou are quickly forgotten about.

That's not true is it? How can failure, whatever the reason be seen as a 'win'? Football isn't like any other job where as long as you get paid everything's fine. Nobody ever succeeded in football just wanting to get along.

Do you think Mowbray will resign even if we draw tonight?

Yes mowbray took the job but we are currently now a significantly less attractive club for managers than when Mowbray was appointed

Significantly? How? It was TM himself who raised hopes last year, the off-field stuff is only reaching it's obvious conclusion.

Your getting boring now. Changing the manager will change nothing. The clubs fucked from top to bottom

I am not saying we should be romping the league by any means, but we shouldn't be bottom.

The thing is all the other teams shouldn't be bottom more than us.

Why are clubs with less budgets doing better than us?
How do you excuse 7 wins in 32 games?
Who sources the players?
Who runs the training?
Who's in charge of motivation and man-management?
Who picks the team, tactics and formation?
Above all, why should he stay?

Yes we know SISU are wankers but they are not the reason why we sit bottom of League 1, without a league win this season and five points from safety & eleven points from the top 6.

Everyone at the club has to except responsibility for the state of it. It's to easy to look at TM and say he goes all our troubles go away. He is judged by results and at the minute it show's they are not good enough. So changing his position alters results or does it?.

Remember it's the same aguement put forward about Sisu leaving, we hear will new owners bring good change to the club's progression? Again nobody knows, but like most who think TM can't turn it around I am at the same point with Sisu.

For me the whole lot need replacing, owners, managers, coaches even development officers, we need new vision, new plan and an aim and goal of where this club should be.
