... That we'll win this tie, or at least win at Gresty Road.

I don't know why, I just do. It'll be difficult and it's very unlikely we'll pull off, probably, the biggest comeback the JPT has seen, but ah we'll, I'll put a couple of quid on us to win the tie, odds will be great!

We are definitely capable of scoring 3/4 goals if we are on our shooting game

Problem is we are always likely to concede a couple

We need to get the right tactics for this game, dominating midfield is crucial, Bailey and Jenno/CT4 at CM please!

We need to be patient, or another 3-0 will be on the cards.

I would say not a chance. We were unlucky last night but Crewe are professional enough to see it through with a 3-0 lead.

Milan fecked up 4-1 v Deportivo in the CL before. Who would've predicted that!?

Ahh, if only football was so simple and straightforward. Course we can do it. I am confident of a win. Whether we can win by 3 clear goals who knows, but of course it IS possible. We go a goal up and Crewe will be edgy and we will have our tails up. Definitely considering having a bet on us pulling this off..

Not a chance. We will score 2 but maybe let 2 in , we need to sort our defence out ,

Not saying this sort of thing hasn't happened before. To us though, no! I think we played well last night and I'd love us to turn it round, I just don't think we will! I'm not going to go all negative though (surprise surprise the vast majority of threads today)!

It is very possible.

Early goal, big away following........much stranger things have happened. It would suit us if Crewe don't sit back.......but I guess they will.

It's very unlikely to happen. There is the odd Instance but really is very very rare. Crewe will not sit any deeper than they did last night.

Chances are we will over commit and concede then its over.

I am sort of with pax man on this. We need to ensure league remains the focus. The final would have meant the key Brentford home game getting pushed back meaning fixture congestion.

I tend to agree. Saturday makes me feel nervous for some reason, need to nail Yeovil and look forward to Bury.

Six points in the next two is a must IMO

We have more chance of winning this tie than we do of getting promoted IMO.
We know we can score 3 or 4 goals in away games. Of course we may concede but we could still win 3-0, 4-1, 5-2. A betting man would fancy that.
Over 90 minutes we can play with no fear and just give it a blast. Most of our players will never get a better chance to play at Wembley and if I was Robins I would hammer that into them in the days leading up to the game.

Reading 5 Arsenal 7 Carling Cup fourth round 2012 - Reading 4 - 0 at half time
Newcastle 4 Arsenal 4 Premier League 2011 - Arsenal 4 -0 at half time
Tottenham 3 Man Utd 5 Premier League 2001 - Spurs 3 - 0 at half time
Tranmere Rovers 4 Southampton 3 FA Cup 5th round replay 2001 - Southampton 3 - 0 at half time
Liverpool 3 AC Milan 3 Champions League final 2005 - Milan 3 - 0 at half time.....

All comebacks from at least 3 goals in the space of 45 minutes. Sure there are many more examples. We've got 90 minutes. No reason it can't be done. Keep the Faith.

Thats the story of our cup run though. Who would have back Coventry City to win a penalty shoot out, let alone two in one run. Then to beat Preston the way we did - you've got to believe that anything is possible on this run. 3 goals on the knowledge of our run? Definately within reach.

When do we ever do things the easy way?

I also take heart that the immediate social media response from the players who tweet and facebook was that of "We're sorry, we'll put it right, its not over"

Whilst it is true - we have about very little chance.
