You need to listen to Labovitch on the radio this morning and get a lesson in english, when he was asked was a offer made to play back at the ricoh, the reply was "no one contacted us DIRECT to make a PROPER TERMS OFFER. He used this twice. Shane should have asked did the football league contact you about a offer and then i think his answer would have been different. In fact if ACL do not contact them DIRECT and put a PROPER TERMS OFFER on the table, Labovitch can make that statement but it dose not mean an offer was not made. In fact i would trust the paper more than Labovitch.
