A point away is always a good point and Hull have been going well. Take the point, move on and chill.

We've lost our best two players who cost more than that though. Agree that the signings don't look very good-almost the more expensive, the worst, bar MVE. Might just be because I am looking for value and think that might be impossible with some.

Strikers aren’t getting any service. It’s a creativity issue we have.

Positive - we are genuinely solid at the back....then get weaker going up the pitch.

It isn't. But with central midfield now so weak it's going to be a real slog to see games out.

The midfield is a genuine concern, especially considering Kelly is made of glass.

Early thought is Simms will be a much, much better signing than Wright who thinks he’s still playing pub league.

Fuck it. Had a beer and pissed off.

I don’t rate Wright or Simms. Both absolutely lightweights.

Both do duck all when a starting, and you aren’t screaming for either to come on to change the game either. Don’t give a fuck if it’s still “early”

May well bottle this in the morning.

One of those is a record signing by the way.

It wasn't however we are talking about a player here who has has had question marks on recovery and fitness since he arrived.

Sitting back and trying to hold on for the win very rarely ends well, unless you have someone up top who can hold the ball up when playing on the counter. Wright and Simms very poor at the moment.

Yet another late goal conceded. Sheaf injured. All the pre season optimism has evaporated.
I’m yet to be evaporated of optimism but I have to admit that the Sheaf injury is really concerning, we already don’t have a Hamer replacement and now we’ve lost our best defensive midfielder for a number of weeks it seems. Another solid point today but still feels like we’re lacking from the midfield upwards.

Wright does more to help Godden than he gets in return from Godden imo. But I cba to get into the attack tonight, already pissed off at the midfield situation.

Wouldn’t disagree but when Wright gets the ball he looks sluggish and gets knocked off the ball by players half his size. Early days I guess but I’d hoped for one of them to show something
