Or even try Bidwell in the middle and Panzo
Grendel said:
Funnily enough I thought against these Palmer would do well and we’d have the usual internet nonsense but a player of his reputation surely should be dominating - it’s just languid

He's done his usual thing, actually looked really good for a spell, then just vanished. I wonder if it's positioning as much as anything, he just seems to go AWOL. Deliberate? Or fitness? Whatever, his role seems, currently, either a different position on the pitch, or as impact sub late on - and he's quite expensive for that role.

Panzo needs to come off, I get a horrible feeling every time they attack at him

It's the same feeling I always get when Dabo is on a yellow too. Both of them like to nick the ball off the toes of players but it's high risk on a yellow because if you arrive half a second too late it looks bad.

O'Hare is usually buzzing around offering a give and go or just pulling players away but Palmer is just invisible.

This is a hard fucking watch, we don’t have any zip or buzz but it’s nice to see us leaving a bit on some of them for a change. Ref is abysmal and another lino with shit eyesight on the Tesco side

He's also taking literally the get close to his man instruction, which lends added fear when he's on a yellow and looking a bit nervy anyway.

Really not convinced by BNC.

He’s grown into the game, but his positional sense in both directions is horrendous.

For someone who’s thing is attacking, he’s been pretty anonymous.

Too early to write off though, but I was expecting more.

Palmer gets nowhere near Gyokeres when he's on a run. Where is he?

Every game is the same, he is miles way form Vik and they have no understanding with each other. He will do a step over later and people will go weak at the knees for him.

Well Allen is following Robins instructions "make sure you're nowhere near tackling anyone and if you are chicken out"

We've not been the same since O'Hare's injury.

Panzo's cunning plan to not get sent off is to change into a shirt with no number on the back.

Good move by Panzo, change shirt with no name on it and hope ref doesn’t know who he is

As a small aside, Rudoni's looked alright. If Huddersfield go down can we get him a season late?

We had playing much better before ohare came back, losing mcfadz is the reason we don’t have a leader.

I said it a few weeks ago but as we are so shit in front of goal I would play him further up the pitch. We fluffed our lines (Sheaf) moments earlier.
