Its not rocket science and not unexpected that he will be linked with every vacant managers job from the championship down.
So its good because Cov is getting noticed again but makes me nervous to the opportunity of potentialy losing him !!!

personally i think MR seems relatively loyal and is enjoying his time at CCFC. Also he should get a buzz tomorrow night with 30,000 sky blue fans behind him and the team.
My only concern is when another club tries to test Sisu's resolve with a bid for him.
At this current moment MR is probably the clubs most valuable asset !!!

I couldn't be less anxious! MR is a man of his word, and someone who has all his priorities sorted in my opinion. He has made Coventry City an exciting club to follow again, and it can only get better.

MR is not shy about coming forward about his views, he is clearly content at the moment but if a lower prem team or high champ team came in for him i think he may fold. The guy is quality and steadily getting a good reputation for being a no nonsense manager (in these leagues anyway)
When we get these incidents of other clubs chasing our manager or better players it demonstrates how important it is for the fans to show the potential at CCFC. Our tremendous away support has been a credit this year and the expected full house tomorrow will all go to show what could be achieved here with some success. The supporters need to follow this up with continued loyalty to the end of the season and even if at that point we haven't achieved our goals, our assets may be slower to want to move with the higher possibilities for 2013/14 here In Coventry.

Can't see him jumping ship for Huddersfield; but maybe Forest.......
doubt it given the owners behaviour and him not being one for getting messed around ,SISU seem pretty Coherent when compared to the AL-Hawasi's.

Don't wish to be complacent, but you'd like to think that he is enjoying the opportunity, and his relative success, at ccfc. It is not as if we are a small club with limited potential and ambition. He could go as far as he likes with ccfc, until a properly large established prem club comes knocking.
If we achieve success this year and next, we could be looking at a very different financial situation in approx three years. Hopefully he will be here to capitalise on it, but, if we do lose him, the club needs to be prepared for it - by creating an infrastructure, like WBA, that will support the replacement of managers, without destabilising the club.

Should the club tie Robins down to a long term deal, he originally signed for 3 years but I am wondering whether it would be in our best interests to extend it already

Can't see Robins moving on....just yet. My worry would be if a big northern job came up for grabs, somewhere like Leeds United maybe Sheffield United. Mind you SISU could put a big spoke in that wheel by offering MR an improved and longer contract. Would be an investment aswell.

One thing this club desperately needs is stability in it's management, someone to build an empire, after years of sacking managers every 12/18months be ironic if we allow another club to pinch this guy. As i said earlier this one's down to SISU extend his contract and make his position more secure and i take the Pardew and Mancini examples but sometimes you have to gamble a bit.
