I was finished months ago...Not set foot in the Ricoh this season, and wont whilst SISU are there...Been to several away games, and just got back from todays, but I am finsihed for letting this club dominate my life.....

Wasnt bothered at all when we lost today, as we were the worst team and didnt deserve anything more than we got....

Quite simply, our club is dying a slow and painful death...< i just want someone to put us out of our misery now, and we can start again, from wherever that maybe...

I know what you mean. I've been a season ticket holder for 20+ years and am feeling more depressed now than when we were relegated from the Premier League.

I am finding it a struggle to motivate myself to go to the games atm.

It's sad when you go to games expecting defeat but at the moment that's the way things are :(

I know exactly how you feel - season ticket holder for many years- two games I have missed this season, due to other things happening in my life, City have won so I have taken the decision to stay away in the hope that they win all the remaining home games. ( not much chance but has given me the excuse).
I cannot sit there any longer waiting for the visiting team to score, listening to others moaning, and feeling like s*** for the weekend! - It feels slightly more bareable when they lose but I have not actually seen it!!

Already counting the days to next season, as it cant surely be worse than what we have had of this one, in its short time so far????

Or can it??

We're doing poorly in the second tier of the league system and people are honestly hoping to fold the club and start from scratch? The amount of teams who'd kill to be in our position even now.

I predicted before the start of the season (on another forum) we would finish 23rd, I now think that was a little optimistic :(

I'm now 39, been a ST holder since I was in my teens. This is my 12th season as an away ST holder. The number of games i've missed in the last 20 years you can count on one hand. The group of us that used to go to every game was once 10-12 strong, now there are 4 of us. People have just had enough.

If SISU are still in charge when we start off in League One next season I don't think I can bring myself to give them any more of my money, which means my away ST bites the dust too. Like other people have posted, defeat is so predictable now its not even bothering me too much. I cn see us going through the whole season without winning away from the Ricoh.

name one???
6 points adrift, inexperienced manager working with crap and kids and no budget for players or wages.Add to this a board that have no idea and tell us nothing!!!

Apart from teams adrift at the bottom of Div 1 can you realistically name a team who would kill to swap places ???

What has disappointed me most is that the senior players haven't set up to the plate and developed a siege mentality, a everyone might think we're going down but we're going to scrap and fight and prove them wrong. Maybe we lack any strong characters - Keogh seemingly the exception - and the rest are just coasting and look like they don't give a monkeys. Maybe its our fault as fans that we are a negative bunch always quick to criticise and this has rubbed off on the players? We desperately need a strong on the pitch leader - another Dennis Wise would be nice - but what do our tosspot owners get us? Yet another kid, albeit a promising one. I now travel down to the Ricoh from Cheshire and it is becoming harder to justify the cost etc just to witness another abject gutless performance but they are MY team, not SISU's or Dulieus and I will support them whatever happens.

So you're mocking me for saying that numerous teams would love to be in our position, and in doing so dare me to name one bar teams that would obviously love to be in our position. You might want to rethink that logic.

Fair enough if you don't want to go, that's up to you. But staying away is the DIGNITAS method of assisted suicide. You're just helping the process.

Our current malaise had it's roots years ago.

12 of us used to meet in the Con Club corner of Swan Lane for pre match craic and a few Nigerian lagers - happy days.

Now - there's just me, still blindingly loyal to CCFC BUT beginning to despair a little at our current demise.

Our 2 wins (all season) will not be bettered unless there is a sharp U turn on tactics and to start scoring more than 1 goal per game.

I could go on but apathy sets in.

47 years as a ST holder - loyalty being seriously stretched now.

Most of our players seem don't seem to be playing for this

Most of our senior players are playing because of this...

And by making the Ricoh look like this...

you will not be helping.

You ask the question how much more can I take??

Well even at this stage...

I'll be able to take a hell of a lot more... Because CCFC is so much more to me than big names, Premier League/Championship/League 1 football. It is part of my identity, genetic make-up, heritage.

Unfortunately I don't think I could stop going. Its a love hate relationship. I can't stand it sometimes but I'd be so lost without it

Have been a season ticket holder since 1988 and this is my first season since then without one. I live about 90 miles away from Coventry and have attended a couple of home games this season. I will probably attend a handful more before the end of the season but the spark and optimism has gone as far as I'm concerned at the moment. I used to go to Highfield Road as a kid and be blown away by how good our players were, now I'm blown away by how poor most of them are sadly.

Well I've decided that this years season ticket will be the last. Next year it will be away games only for me. The second Sisu leave I shall get a new season ticket, but as long as their in charge I'm not giving them any money.

Realistically if SISU are still here next season and there has been the predicted relegation and firesale of players, how many fans do we think will attend the first home match of next season in League 1. 8,000 perhaps? :(

Since not renewing my ST a couple of years ago I have been to less and less games , I will not be attending anymore games until Sisu have gone . I am being misled , lied to and robbed of a big part of my life by these parasitic feckers with no morals . I find myself angry and cheated . So for now it's CWR on a Saturday . When we lose it used to put a downer on the weekend but now apathy rules and maybe if we keep losing and less people turn up it will accelerate the departure of the evil that is Sisu .

Yeh, right,

You will be back next season. Beware, this on/off relationship will continue for years.

I nearly didn't get a season ticket this year but crumbled at the last moment. Almost certain I will not renew next year.

Currently going to every game in block 15 but fed up with that now. Now do blk 15 and then 29 2nd half.

SISU have not got a clue. Fans are powerless to do anything this season unless they start boycotting games. Not really a difficult decision to make in theory. You try and stop yourself from going up. It takes time.

It is only about 12 months ago that we were in the top 6 and optimistically looking towards the play offs. Sad really.

I won't go to the Ricoh now until these vermin have fucked off. Had a season ticket continuously for 19 seasons, seen everything and been through the mill with it. Still love City and always will but if by starving the parasites of mine and my families money along with thousands of others doing the same then it will be worth it when the change comes and whatever that may entail. Long Live City.............Fuck off SISU!

Well that will help won't it?

Count me in for another season of misery.

The only way we will get the current shisters out of the Ricoh is by staying away. The lack of income from the general public will make them go eventually, we will be starting life in division 1 next season and 99% of us have already accepted that. When they sell any remaining talent in the January transfer window we will be left with a squad that will not be able to compete even in the lower reaches so division 2 is a distinct possibility as well if they remain in charge. After this season is over I will not be renewing my kids season tickets or buying anything from the club shop as this is the only way I can impact on what SISU are doing. Every one seems to be appathetic to whats going on at the club and this has to change into direct action as they dont like bad publicity wether its a march from one of the local boozers or we all leave the stands 5 minutes into the second half. As fans we have procrastinated for far to long, we are at home on Boxing day so this gives us a month to get something organised effectively. If you are their Brinner and have read this post lets finally get the fans to do something effective that will send everyone a message, if their are 10,000 at the match on boxing day who meet up 15 minutes earlier to March then its got to be worth it. We can surely put the message out through CWR, the Telegraph and Covmad websites to build some momentum going forward. PUSB:mad:
