I would say the main reason our keepers continue to make mistakes is because we continue to recruit mainly cheap journeymen who’ve spent most of their careers in L1 and L2.Our goalkeepers continue to make the same mistakes time after time season after season .
We conceded the most goals in the top half last season , we are doing the same again this season .
There are a multitude of ways to change things , from signings ,tactics and improving on coaching staff..

When Wilson won the golden glove the defence got the credit for it ? if you put Wilson in Burnley’s team last season he’d of prob won it again,if we can sort our defence out and daft mistakes it’ll take the pressure off, i think we are a bit quick to jump on our keepers, rushworth will be ok until dovins back, it was what he was brought in forSo what specifically are they doing wrong?

I would love it if we had a GK coach who could turn that kind of player into a Championship mainstay (some would argue Williams already has) but generally speaking you get what you pay for. None of us have any idea what the GK coaches do, I’m yet to hear anyone be specific about what Williams is doing wrong on a day-to-day basis.
