If we want to stop him, we should try and talk the few 100s going to Northampton to stop going.
Simple answer is don't go and don't spend any money on them.
Fisher and SISU won't give a shit I'm afraid.

Your probably right but without cash coming in there plan is surely unsustainable in the longer run. They had forecast crowds of anything between 6 and 7 thousand. If no one goes what will or can they do
How else can we stop SISU/Fisher ?
It can be done.
1. Keep up the NOPM campaign, starve them of income and Optium will fold.
2. Massive campaign on the FL to show that any SISU company must, by the FLs own rules, fail the 'fit and proper owner' test.
3. PH4 passes the fit and proper test with credible offer.
I think it's too late.
Sisu have clearly set their minds on building their own stadium.
Some still believe they won't, that it's just a bluff with the aim of getting the Ricoh for nothing. Well that won't happen, and I would be amazed if they really think that could happen. They should know by now that neither the ccc or the Higgs will ever do a deal that will hand over the shares of ACL to sisu (or the club while sisu remain owners).
I read more and more posts saying that there were probably faults on both sides that lead to the current situation, but the reality is that we only want sisu to pay the damages. Various campaigns - no matter their name - calls for having the club at the Ricoh, but even if that happened the next step would be staying away from home matches to starve sisu out. If sisu/Fisher reads this forum, they know that. So going back to the Ricoh will not bring any redemption - they will never be accepted.
So their only chance to recoup some or all of their investment is actually to build a new stadium and in 7-10 years time sell the club and stadium as one viable business.
Having 2000 customers at the sixfields or having 6000 customers at the Ricoh in the interim period does not make any significant difference.
No MP or MEP can change the situation (but they can promote themself trying). The FL and FA can't change the situation (but they may be forced to review their rules and regulations to avoid similar situations). The council can't change the situation (even if they offered to back to the HOT they agreed last year sisu would never go back). Higgs can't change the situation (although PWKH suggested new negotiations were possible if Fisher were replaced ... he didn't suggest he himself were replaced ... so that's not going to happen either).
Then surely the fans can change the situation?
I don't think so. If sisu already have made budgets with next to no customers at the games the next 3-5 years, then what power does the fans have?
I think it's too late.
1. They are called Otium (sorry to be pedantic!)
2. They already have the share and the FL will do FA
3. He can't pass any test unless SISU agree to sell the club

you missed the point. Sisu won't sell but OTIUM will fold.
My fear is that in the interim, both the club, and The Ricoh will be fucked, and never get to actually owning our own ground anywhere, or even a club.
You're right that they won't pay any attention to anybody, it's the nature of a predatory hedge-fund to behave like they are, that hasn't changed since they were welcomed with open arms by most, particularly the OP.
A bit fatalist I know, but nothing that any of us can do but wait and see what happens, for good or ill.
Any talk of anything else is just pissing and moaning into the wind.
Jesus... I wouldn't want to be beside you in trenches Lord!!!
I hope acl ccc sell the ricoh to sisu.hang on a minute let me explain...with ffp taking effect we would be miles ahead of any team in this league with the income streams from the ricoh...obviously they would have to agree a deal with compass for food and beverage sales but unfortunately as fisher states the club needs to own a ground...as much as I want sisu gone I'd prefer it to be the ricoh than some shed outside coventry. Even in the championship we would compete with the top 6 clubs easily regarding ffp. Then who knows..maybe even prem league....and sisu do finally sell us for a nice little profit, which is the only way sisu will go.so sisu own the ricoh....it couldnt be any worse than whats already happening could it.
