I honestly do not have the answer but does robins, I'm not sure. Yes he was the best choice but the team only know how to lose and they ain't changing that so we are doomed

we need some ex players like Speedie, Kilcline and Konjic to go down to the training ground and say to this current crock of shit that they never had the best players or managers but they still ground out results as a team, and if you don't wanna play for the shirt fuck off, but you won't put in a transfer request because you know no other cunting team will av you. something along those lines PUSB

to change it you have to slowly get results you have to pick up scrappy wins like we did against oldham if the more we win the more confidence grows

one thing is for certain it isnt going to change much in 5 weeks. MR is going to take months even the whole season to start getting the club on a serious and professional setting.

I think he has started the right way by addressing the structures in the club........ in theory that gives him time to see who in the squad reacts the right way to those structures......... which allows him to make sound judgements as to who to ship out in January. Until he gets a squad that has leaders, pace, work rate and desire that match his structures then the mentality is extremely hard to change. The key is going to be who he can ship out and who he can bring in. Trouble with that is who is going to want some of the players to go given their performances so far, and some players simply dont have to go because of their contracts.

The frustrating thing about this squad is that everyone could see a year ago what was missing (pace & leadership), but it simply was not addressed. If we believe that AT was given a free rein (not sure i do) in the signing of players then you have to say he assembled a squad that was woefully inadequate in many ways and strapped us for cash to change it. MR has brought in players that should make a difference but they are sucked down to the level of the rest of the squad, and it is too early to judge him.

I think if this is to turn round then MR has to chop a net 7 or 8 players. Remove the negativity and apathy in the changing room by removing the players that succumb to it. It is going to take time.......... it took time for it to develop..... will take tough decisions to cure it

as otis said its gonna take 2-3 transfer windows probably

you cant say its quality, players like turner and gunnarrson have gone on to be winners, its just coventry city f.c

we have a no nonsense manager finnaly, lets just stick with him now for 3 years, we might change mentality fast we might do it slowly but i feel robins is the manager to finnally get it done.
