Why do people expect to get money back for their unused ST lol

STs are just a bulk buy discount- the whole point is you have to pay for all the games to get the discounted rate.

Went in the Balcony Bar, got a voucher through the post, free hotdog and coke next game. Seemed alright to me. Last season I got FA.

Oh I thought it would be across the piste so that at least they get enough calories into you to expend your energy supporting the lads which has just put a thought into my head!

The £15 club shop voucher was great last year, I went in and used it in store but they were just writing it down so I got to use it again online a few weeks later. I'd like to think it didn't make too much of a dent in our summer transfer dealings.
