They're paying £500 for a single match?!The club have to be seen to do something officially I guess but I would never use it
I am away for two and a bit weeks soon and missing WBA and Charlton games, I am lucky enough to know a few people I am happy to charge a little under Face Value for when I am not here - That will be a thing of the past if we move to digital tickets though
I think the voucher should be allowed to be used anywhere, from reading the club's article it is now only valid at food & drink outlets in the ground.
I think we should have the option to use the voucher in the club shop or for f&bWhat, you want an Amazon voucher or something?
Just wondering if the Club’s ticket exchange scheme is the worst in the country. Surely Doug King needs to do something about it, or am I just a naive season ticket holder who needs to get real?
A lot of clubs operate a scheme whereby the ticket holder is reimbursed the true price they paid for it or get an equivalent discount from the next seasons ticket.I think the voucher should be allowed to be used anywhere, from reading the club's article it is now only valid at food & drink outlets in the ground.

Really! You prefer to short-changed.Most give a small refund or gift.
We shouldn't be reimbursed the entire ticket price because it would lead to people deciding to stay at home when it's a bit cold or they've had too many pints the night before.

Never?????It's just been introduced this season, it may get tweaked but right now it's fine. I managed to get a free pie and pint at the Watford game. Happy man.
Well, if I'm being honest, I think it was 2 pies, a beer and a tea. The guy serving messed up the till.
Leaving aside the reimbursement amount for a moment, can I just point out that having a ticket provides the right to attend, not the obligation to do so.
If people decide to stay at home for the odd game, surely that's their business. Christ knows there's plenty of games I've been to in the past where the club should've paid me.
If I'm obliged to attend then I'd at least want minimum wage, and more if they want me to sing as well.
Are you suggesting we should follow utd's model of operation, really? From the club’s perspective, they want a full stadium and if the demand is there, the club ought to incentivise STHs to put the ticket up on the Exchange. Particularly now there’s a waiting list for STs, the club should ensure fans are actually attending games.
At Man U, if you miss 3 games and don’t put the ST on the exchange, you lose your ST. That’s harsh but considering that club’s context, somewhat reasonable.
No, but what King has introduced for the FZ should probably be stadium wide. Are you suggesting we should follow utd's model of operation, really?

Not really if it's your st We're talking about in reality but I do get what you're saying. You’re lucky to have such friends. Any of mine expect the ST for free and wouldn’t pay £20 for it nevermind a little under face value.
The £10 voucher is fucking stingy. For a match ticket that there going to sell for £37-45, a tenner voucher is tight - especially compared to other clubs.
