I get the hate for the Tesco bag shirt but we actually won something in that abomination so I can fully hate it. For me that JPT win was the turning point

First game I saw people wearing it after it came out I went from initially appalled at how bright it was, to ordering one later that day. Double bonus is that when we play five a side nobody can claim they didn't pass to me because they couldn't see me, now I'll know it's just because I'm shit.

It looks great.
Might sound silly but I also think it gives you a bigger presence on the pitch.
Totally agree. Compare it to grey, or pale kit on a winter's night, under the floodlights. As you say, it gives the team a presence, and added to the fact that we're more than a bit decent, I think it is intimidating.

Our players will deffo pick it out quicker in peripheral vision , might be a master stroke . I actually quite like it

Absolutely right, anyone who has played football knows, having a kit that stands out from the opposition gives you an advantage. 🤔

This is why I hope the le coqs shirt goes into the retro range as that is exactly what I thought that kit did.
It's different in that this one actually is an advancing colour,it jumps out at you.

As a further bonus those with dodgy eyes can follow the players better while hunched in the corner of the pub on skygo while the big screen shoes Man Utd or Newcastle loosing again
