Not sure how our sales look compared to normal but hopefully 2 wins on the bounce will tempt our supporters to provide a good turnout next weekend. Certainly 20,000 plus I would hope.

12:30 kick off and £33 won’t help but hoping for a good turnout as it’s them knobs, couple of wins on the bounce and a chance to close the gap on playoffs. They’ll bring 4000 if there allowed so if we can bring 18K + we’ll easily get over 20k

Club need to push the marketing this week on socials to get people excited and wanting to be part of what could be an electric atmosphere.

Sunderland fans genuinely think they have the best fans in the league. Be great to show them we have the loudest.

Also if you have a look at their forum they're already picking who they're going to face in the playoffs, we beat them and we're a point behind , the rather large lady isn't warbling yet

They are the best fans for numbers, worst alongside Sheffield United for noise.

Massive game now. Probably one of the hardest remaining considering we play Middlesbrough last game and anything could happen. Blackburn away will be tough too. They’ve not lost for 6 league game away going back to October.

Win this and playoffs are a serious possibility IMO. I’d go:

Wilson
McNally Fadz Doyle
Norton-Cuffy Hamer Palmer Eccles Bidwell
Godden Györkeres

S: Moore, Panzo, Dabo, JWE, Kelly, Allen, Walker

Hesitant 1-1 McNally to score from a corner.

It’s a horse shit idea categorising games for the level we, in particular, are at. Having said that, drop it to £20 - you will not see an increase in home numbers. This isn’t Wembley.

All the random “let’s pack it out” after a win, or stranger so, a high attendance Lionesses game, is just plain daft. Some seem to have a very unfounded expectation of potential home turnout.

£25 for all home games seems an all round compromise. No category stuff

Not necessarily, they play Rotherham on Tuesday. You've got to think that will help, going to have been 3 weeks on the bounce with 2 matches per week for them. All that travelling as well.

Yep - will be hoping that one or two get nobbled for our game on Saturday. Preferably Ballard, Clarke and Diallo. To be fair, Sunderland have done much better than most expected (including their own fans). QPR and Swansea have been real underperformers for me this season.
The Sunderland keeper, Paterson played for the same semi-pro team as my nephew (Ryton & Crawcrook !)

They won’t last the season. Mark my words they will finish mid table come May.

I think the way forward is to categorise prices in different stands again.

Look at Yesterday's lionesses game. Some tickets were as cheap as £15 and others £30+.

Make the Telegraph stand £20-£25 every match and the main stand seats £30+.

Some people are happy to pay a premium for tickets and have the mone to do so. It gives people an option to pay for cheaper tickets in the North Stand every game.

Problem will be the away tickets.

What's the argument for making the main stand seats more expensive? Are they any better?

No. Apart from the corporate areas they are exactly the same. The concourse is warmer round there and the bogs are better.
The North Stand would be a good shout for cheaper seats but having free flow around the concourse and inside the bowl means you would have to check every ticket every time someone wanted to wander into the telegraph stand.

It's a better view. Most grounds have more expensive seats in the half way line and are always more populated.

I can't say that I've looked at ticket sales on a Monday before, but my impression is that they're going fairly well.

Might be a decent crowd.

Blocks 14 through to 22/23 basically always sell out, so you wouldn't have to check tickets really as you'd be taking a risk - sitting in those blocks when someone could come along with that ticket. Everything from the corner through the North stand could be discounted - it's a poorer view and atmosphere anyway.

Ideal world: fancy up the seats in the posh stand, charge £35/40ish for them, £25/30 for halfway line, £20/25 for blocks 24 and up, £15/20 safe standing in singers corner.

Needs something cheap and cheerful and something above the plebs but below corporate IMO for maximum squeezage.

I really do hope so, I know the price and time isn't ideal but would love to see a big crowd there and have a great atmosphere to give the lads a boost.

The blocks with the better view are the corporate ones in the middle. The rest of the main stand is level with the penalty boxes and has zero atmosphere.

Anybody who has a padded seat should pay extra and the people who didn’t pay for them but have ended up in the seats treble I am sure @borastons will agree

So it’s not too expensive for the opponents fans, who will travel over half the length of the country to watch the game.
But it’s to expensive for home fans.
