his middle east policy should be interesting given his anti Islamic stance and the anti semetic stance of some of his advisors. Maybe they'll reach a compromise a nuke the whole area!

Well its certainly going to be interesting to see him try and come good on the promises he made during his campaign. Off the top of my head:
Build the wall
Ban all Muslims
Not accept refugees
Deport 11 million immigrants
"bomb the hell out of ISIS"
Increase gun ownership
replace Obamacare with "something much better"
Ban gay marriage
"get tough on China"
and who knows what a climate change denier will have as his environmental policy.

This is what happens when the elite continually exploit the people, bring the world to the brink of economic collapse, then reward themselves for doing so, make the poor & huddled masses pay for it all, and then carry on regardless.......

Another nations people kick the establishment squarely & firmly in the bollocks.....

I reckon he'll be ousted, impeached or assassinated within 2 years of his term.......the powers that be will not stand for this......

I didn't know he was against gay marriage, though I am not at all surprised.

Can't see him ever reversing that legislation.

Thought the US were going in the right direction with Obama. At least he wanted to do something about the ridiculous right to bear arms nonsense and tried to introduce a fairer healthcare system.

An awful lot of the Trump campaign has been about excluding people and targeting minorities and for the most part been very, very negative.

The fact that in his team he has racists and anti Semitics is of great worry.

There is a lunge to the right. I know some say people are fed up of politicians these days and how they are completely out of tune with the everyday rational thinking of the average person on the streets, but at the same time surely Trump is also the very type of big businessman we should be totally against too isn't he?

Selfish, megalomaniacal, uncaring, riding roughshod over people, driven by monetary gain and power above all else.

It's not just Trump, the republicans have majority control in both houses and are able to appoint two judges to the supreme court. This is the party that wants more guns in circulation, that wants to ban abortion, redouble on the death penalty, does't believe in evolution or climate change. How anything remotely positive will come of this election I have no idea.

I had 2/1 in July, but I thought the odds would get shorter which is silly as they'd have to have stopped him speaking in public and also erase most of his past.

Blaming one religion

Threatening to bomb other counries/ groups

Discriminating against homosexuals

Making the country great again

Attacking the neighbours verbally

Banning abortions

Putting down women

Portraying one group as rapists and criminals

Dealing with the judiciary ( promised )

Put the opposition leader in jail ( promised to put Hillary in )

Obviously you aren't if you don't see which way this is panning out.

Sounds like the perfect candidate to lead the EU next :bucktooth:

At least with running the EU he wouldn't need to be voted in :shifty:

They had a guy on 5Live who I believe had a £17,000 bet on Trump winning.

When did Trump attempt a coup in his home state? Where is his private army? How many people has he assassinated?
Trump is a c**t but he isn't in the same class as Adolf, plus he will be restrained by those surrounding him, even his own party.

An airplane was about to crash. There were 4 passengers on board, but only 3 parachutes.
The 1st passenger said, "I am Usain Bolt, the best athlete in the world, my millions of fans need me, and I can't afford to die." So he took the 1st pack and left the plane.

The 2nd passenger, Donald Trump, said, "I am the newly-elected U.S. President, and I am the smartest President in American history, so smart, just the smartest, I have the smartest ideas so my people don't want me to die." He took the 2nd pack and jumped out of the plane.

The 3rd passenger, the Pope, said to the 4th passenger, a 10 year old schoolboy, "My son, I am old and don't have many years left, you have more years ahead so I will sacrifice my life and let you have the last parachute."

The little boy said, "That's okay, Your Holiness, there's a parachute left for you. America 's smartest President took my schoolbag."

OK I get the point.. but Hitler was a popular figure at the time of his appointment to Chancellor. Supporters of his were fanatical about him because he turned a country in meltdown into an industrial powerhouse.

Lets hope that's where the similarity ends.
