But in his first meeting with Mr Obama - a man he had previously called “the worst president ever” - Mr Trump was reportedly surprised by how much work the presidency involved.
The President-elect was “surprised by the scope” of what he would have to do in his new job, according to inside sources cited by the Wall Street Journal.
The newspaper also reported that Mr Trump was unaware he would have to replace the entire presidential staff upon taking office.
As a result, Mr Obama is expected to spend more time than usual guiding Mr Trump into the role.
Didn't Obama lose the popular vote? Of course it's democracy. It's separate states voting with seats in each state relating to population in that state.
Actually he didn't I checked - but 5 have. In the the uk it's not uncommon either but it's silly to cry foul all the time when results don't go your way.
Trump has settled his fraud cases out of court now instead of going to trial next month. A complete U turn apparently http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-us-canada-38021820
The same could be applied to any world leader. This is not a serious president elect. He is a ducker and diver. If he can get away with something, he will do it. If not, ok pay up, better luck next time. A blagger - albeit a rich one.

Well Trump is a business man with many different ventures happening at the same time so the same rules do not apply I'm afraid.Obama? May? How many people are taking them to court over non-political claims? None. Trump has several brewing....

The independent tax policy centre ran the numbers of the two candidates.
Trumps plans $6.2 trillion in tax cuts with 47% of all cuts in 2017 going to the top 1%. That compares to Clinton’s plans which would have increased taxes by $1.4 trillion 92% of the increase in 2017 extracted from the 1%.
Don't think those who felt the establishment were ignoring them are going to do well under Trump.
This is all speculation. No excuse for 'straight up fraud' and groping. Nice try though. He is a ducker and diver and a blagger - maybe ok for you as he is a business man, but that is not the qualification for the leader of the free world. The USA is not a business. Other rules do apply when you are president elect of the USA.
Bill Clinton was much much worse. And it's common knowledge that JFK had naked pool orgies right in the White House and an underground passageway where he smuggled in his women on the side. He's been elected. Let him do his job for at least a few months before slating him.

He just settled on the "straight up fraud" case - 25 million. The case which he had previously said he would win and which his lawyers still claim he would have won if it went to court.
If it was straight up fraud he'd be arrested and charged. A business venture failed and he's done the decent thing and settled. I can't see the issue here.
Trump talks a lot of shit, that's undeniable but to suggest he's some kind of rampant law breaker is the stuff of fantasy.
