I think he said he did, I don't know how it was though. Unless it was sent via PM on here but I haven't & wouldn't have given personal details (email) out unless it was the police etc.

By the way, I think some lack of understanding exists on the basis of this action. My understanding is that Higgs had an agreement that their costs would be met by SISU as a function of the failed negotiations. They invoiced against this arrangement, did not get paid and are therefore persuing recovery via the courts. Quite normal.
However, that is very different to the other party now counter claiming. That's an entirely new game. Anyone thinking it's simply quid pro quo should think again

I understand SISU's legal guys thought PWKH and I were as one. I was also told via another contact I have close to events that they had a 'specific interest' in my posts. I haven't heard from them directly, but am judicious in terms of what a write now. People are watching!
The thing I find so amazing on this issue being that on many issues I have a vehement opinion with regards events at the club. The fact SISU and their advisors think that someone with inside knowledge such as PWKH would hold such a view speaks volumes about the relationship that exists...

I was told directly by the individual himself. I have never made any claims whatsoever, just given a totally honest recollection of events. No embellishments whatsoever.
As for the latter, I'd rather keep those to myself if you don't mind, as I'd rather not compromise the individual concerned.
