I posted this on another thread:

It is interesting that Anne Lucas was quite open on Sky TV about CCFC having an option to buy the Higgs share, why would she do that if it were not possible? Pointing it out as she did would piss off Wasps you would have thought, and surely she would want to avoid that. So why say it?
Because it is possible and she wants it happen?
Because it is possible and was part of the plan all along?
Because she doesn't understand that its not possible?
Because she knows its not possible and is giving SISU the finger?
Any other suggestions?

Because of political expediency. Supporters can believe her and blame the club for not taking the option -- an option that never existed.

what's stopping the club from buying the other half?

He replied:

Nothing at all. It's a decision for the club.

As much as you'd like to believe that so you can keep yourself on your self created moral pedestal it never happened.

It was always there. But since the long standing liquidation of CCFC LTD things changed so we can't be sure of anything.

No because that's what you do - it's the apples and oranges thing? You get cornered and answer the question with another question which is irrelevant to the discussion.

So I will answer the astute way - Why are UKIP being considered as participants in the live TV debates at the next election?

Genuine question. Can you explain why it's not there as it appears the 50% is there but apparently will land up with Wasps owners?

I thought we were under the impression that wasps have the power to veto any Higgs deal.

Yes. In answer to the question CCFC ltd is a dormant company in the hands of the liquidator. The liquidator has to make a decision within 30 days and needs to judge if it is in the best interest of the creditors to make a bid. So sisu cannot influence this.

If the lease is in the debt now ACL are the major creditor so that's that. If sisu are the main creditor he has to decide if they can purchase so he will have to see where the power of veto resides .

The power of veto resides with wasps if the transfer has gone through or the council if not. He will judge the likelihood of the veto being exercised.

Given the head of Higgs had stated that wasps were the preferred bidder I think he may draw an obvious conclusion.

That enough for you?

So Ainsworth is a c**t to you that knows nothing until you need him

So you know all details of negotiations? Yes we can guess. But considering you have changed the subject to what we were on about as usual............

What IS 100%?

See above or see OSB's far more detailed explanation as to why unless he doesn't know what's going on.

Someone has guessed that there could be a veto in place for Wasps. So to you it is now a fact.

This says it all about the way you twist facts.
