The way I'm reading this, is that in effect Blues are taking over the Henley-in-Arden training place.

I guess what's left of Wasps might be able to use a bit of it, maybe rent a pitch on Thursday nights or something, but it suggests that another part of their mad fever dream has bitten the dust.
