Please help the manager now sisu, before its too late.If you are worried about your investment so far, you will get no return, if we finish being adrift at the bottom of the championship. If you dont believe me, just look at the history of struggling clubs.

They're playing a dangerous game, a gamble that they will survive by the skin of their teeth & be in a better place whan the new finance rules come in.
If it looks bleak in January they will probably cut their losses & sell to Hoffmans consortium, can't see them yielding to pressure till then at least.

They wont happen over one season. It'll be phased. SISU are using it as a excuse for there cost saving policy.

I agree with to an extent but not to the point that we will be relegated by xmas.

If clubs want to spend big there are still ways of doing it you just can't report the expenditure as a loss. Man City got 400 million in sponsorship from an airline. But the owner of the airline is the same guy who own the club...

not sure how we can be working to rules that haven't yet been agreed and have no timescale for implementation!

Exactly- it's an excuse.

Even when agreed, implementation won't be immediate- clubs have contracts (with players) that extend beyond a single season, they can't just terminate them and say that they are not allowed to pay their wages! The players would sue the clubs!!

Personally, I can't see how this could be phased in, within less than five years from now. Surely there are some players who have just signed three to four year deals?
