Hi. I now live a long way away so rarely get to the Ricoh. I’ve bought tickets for me and my family for today’s match but haven’t received an email to print them. Have phoned the ticket line and they’ve resent the email but still nothing. They gave me the box office line but no answer. Anyone any advice about how to get my tickets?

Has it gone to your spam filter?

Get there early and go into the ticket office, take some ID and your order reference etc.

Yeah as Nick said, get up around midday and there won't be any queues either.

If you haven't got it just take any info you have (your account number) and some ID and they should be able to print some for you.
