Why it is a nothing match.
Meaning it means nothing.

A friendly ffs win lose draw doesn't matter.
I don't care if we lose them all!
As long as we win when the season starts.
also a chance cov might win tonight, that would ruin your day

In truth, I can't see that SISU would be daft enough to not pay the rest of the £250k. As far as I can tell though, it would simply be another debt that would need to be pursued in another court case. Does it never end.

However, I honestly wonder how well off SISU are - will there come a point where even if they wanted to pay all of these court costs, they might be unable to? The impact of another administration would be (at the least) to leave Fisher and Seppala unable to remain as directors of the club. They'd fail the fit & proper test, as far as I can read the FL regs, on the basis of being involved in two insolvency events. (Even as a shadow director, in JS's case).

Not saying any of this will happen by the way... just pondering on non-football stuff to annoy Nick. ;)

Compared to what they have lost in total, legal fees are small change.

I agree with the good money being thrown after bad, but that has always confused me with them. I had assumed there was some big thing I did not know, seems now very unlikely.
