One of MR success stories is the staff he brought in. The fitness coach has done wonders with our boys. I worry that we lose these guys who will go with him.

They will have to pay compensation to back room staff on top of what they pay Robins. They are under contract do cant just leave. Could we offer Taylor the chance of management?

MR teams had few injury problems.
All managers in the last 10years had horrendous injury records.
So it is a huge issue.
