Fisher and Joy will get a massive shock on Sunday with the lack of support. It will show them what a massive loss of revenue they are facing. Sell the senior players to fund the season will be their only hope, their skint and need out as Tim has always said the business has to break even. They will not keep poring their investers money in, the investors won't let her. I believe the breaking of them will be wether a judicial review is allowed, loose that and they have nothing left to fight for as the Council will not sell. As for the crowd their will be more away fans than home, hopefully the rent will be more than the income and I can't wait for Fishers after match comments. 1200 home and away supporters tops, Sisu get ready for a real financial black eye.

Think you might be right Vick especially if we get beat tomorrow at Leyton Orient, a bit of shitty weather AND as yet no information on where and how to get tickets coupled with the news, not confirmed only 67 season tickets have been sold

Suspect SISU will try and boost the crowd by giving free tickets away to Northampton school children, or at least lie about the attendance so that it doesn't seem quite so bad as the reality.

Nonetheless, I suspect about 3,000 at Sixfileds and 6,000 at the Ricoh.

I would love if all.those who intend going to Northampton this season give this one a miss...go to the rest if you really have to...but get up the Ricoh and send a massive statement of disapproval to TF et al.

That's one of the more reasonable compromises.

It'd be a lot more likely to gain currency if all this labelling and antagonism stopped however.

It they get 3000 the club is finished. It would be a seal of approval for SISU and they can press on with the plan.

We need less than 1000 in total.

do you think this is under threat this season - the lowest ever crowd in the football league

469Thames v Luton Town06/12/1930Division 3 S

Actual gate 879 with 500 away fans.

In reality gate receipts of less than £10k. Even allowing that away attendences will be even lower for some games annual income of £230k per annum, which will not be enough to pay this rent and policing. Then take off no shirt sponsor and no shirt sales.

When you add The rent they are still contracted to pay at the Ricoh £1.2m per annum
Players wages £2m per annum minimum
SISU management fee £2.3m per annum
Other overheads unknown.

If you can manipulate figures then I am sure there will be over 3k at Sixfields however the real figure will be more 2k (This is includes Bristol)

Bristol, being a bigger club, will bring a few more and will distort the attendance.
A truer picture will emerge when Preston and Colchester visit. The Colchester match will be well under 1,000. Possibly 600. I hope it is.
People, just don't go. We all love our football team. It will bother us enormously not to go, but there is the future of the club at stake. A much bigger picture.
We have no future under these idiots Sisu. They just don't care.
If you care about your team stay away. Join us all at the Ricoh on Sunday.

its pleasing Looking at the BC forums as a lot of their normal coach and buses are not running to this game and there is a lot of support towards our situation.
I will guess about 700 of which 200 will be freebies ( 1100 will be announced though)

To be fair the excitement for Sky Blue fans should really ramp up this week. It can't be to long before we hear the 'exciting' travel plans that the club have repeatedly promised the fans to help with the inconvenience of the 70 mile round trip. Plus Timothy has promised a new shirt sponsor, hopefully the Football League will extend their support for SISU by agreeing to sponsor us .:censored:
Maybe by the end of November Fisher will be able to announce that the club have successfully reached the 15th stage in the bidding process for a piece of land, and have other bids in elsewhere, which unfortunately due to commercial confidentially they can't yet announce. But never fear the club have recently appointed planning experts, design experts, corporate planning experts, indeed it is the club's stated aim to have experts in every sphere of life.

Quality line there about the Football League extending their support and agreeing to sponsor us!

Lowest ever ccfc attendance for a league game was 2059, therefore it will be a new ccfc record imo come Sunday.

600 from Bristol, 800 from Cov, 300 locals plus free tickets no doubt to boost the numbers. Probably total 2,500 but SISU will put out the crowd as nearer to 5000. Shame on the 800 from Cov though, this could really be a critical time to make the hedge fund look ridiculous with a boycott ! It's a pity the Bristol fans won't back us either by shunning the fixture !
