Beautiful.

You never see a player go around the GK anymore, must be a lost art. Don't even see it at my kids games....

Bring back the past!

Sheerer used to score those weekly I swear!

Pre his 7000 ACLs the bloke was rapid, at Southampton and Blackburn he was a joke. Ronaldoesq - the flashy stuff

Same year, Henry at the Bernabeu in the UCL. Absolutely loved Thierry Henry. Feels like players aren’t made like him (and others) anymore.

I remember watching that. He was probably the best player in the world at that point (and probably the two years preceding), for me the pound for pound premier league greatest.

No. The former player I'm on about is not one of the players on the pitch at that time.

My favourite goal (aside from the obvious one) from the greatest World Cup there's been. I loved this USSR team.

Remember us 12-13 year olds trying to replicate this goal on Annie Osborne school playing fields after watching it!

It's Julian Darby, he's the ball boy celebrating behind the goal

What a great evening that was even for someone not invested in either team, (though we were all rooting for Arsenal).
When football on the Tele was still something of a novelty and a game of that magnitude been on meant the pubs were packed.
