Does the lack of signings mean we are looking at a higher quality player and is it good news rather than we are struggling to get the ones in we want?
Im preferring the former at the moment

Probably means we are looking at getting the right deal for the club, both the player and the price has to be right for Doug it would seem, and as he's shown, he's not going to be rushed or pressurised into a deal if he's not happy.Does the lack of signings mean we are looking at a higher quality player and is it good news rather than we are struggling to get the ones in we want?

I've no doubt we are talking about a number of possibilities, so patience is the key, and it's surprising how many fans online have already gone into a buying frenzy, arguing with each other over the merits of players who for all we know may not even be in the picture. It's ridiculous.
Sit tight, be patient and let's see who turns up.
Inflated prices maybe, but that doesn't mean there isn't high quality players available. Not sure how many high quality players are available at this point tbh.
It may be about inflated player prices especially as everyone knows we got a decent chunk from Gus. More time for haggling required
Still trying to unsettle that Brazilian in Portland apparently. Might take a while but Doug is sending his brother over for one last throw of the dice.
tbf if there’s one thing the ‘king of shaves’ should know about, it’s a Brazilian
I dunno why people say don't want a loan. Pretty sure nearly every championship season a promoted team usually has at least one high profile loanee?Honestly if people are playing silly buggers on price I’d leave it and get a couple of loans in.
