Gosh - you aren't going let that go are you? Well done Bob - you have managed to find out an already know fact which was yet to have been made public...& made it public. Now what Bob?
Smart ass If it was that well known why weren't we told, that is a typical statement from someone who obviously knows everything that's going on so let us know in future.Gosh - you aren't going let that go are you? Never voted for Bob? Typical football fan FacistSmart ass If it was that well known why weren't we told, that is a typical statement from someone who obviously knows everything that's going on so let us know in future.
And before you ask no have never voted for Bob :thinking about:
Can someone clarify for me, cwr are reporting that the FL confirmed the location of the golden share, mercia are reporting that they FL have just confirmed where they think it is, which we already knew. Which one is correct?
As for moving out of Cov I don't think the plan to move back, as far as the FL are concerned, needs to be that detailed. I imagine a 'we're building a new ground and have identified potential sites, should be completed in 2 years' would probably be enough. You have to remember the FL aren't activly looking for problems so unless there are huge alarm bells don't expect them to do too much.
Just trying to keep up with SISUNever voted for Bob? Typical football fan Facist
I'm sure someone will tell me if I'm wrong, but I think if PH4th buys share in Ricoh, and makes a winning bid on CCFCltd. we can possibly stay in football league with the "GS" and form another CCFC.![]()
Up to now we were told that CCFC ltd was in admin but was a non asset holding company now Conirmed that is not the case ie the FL Golden Share is held by this company. The Administrator who it seems is still looking for the GS can now stop looking he can then concentrate on providing details for the High Court hearing in May.
The Administrator can now start earning his £350 per hour or whatever it is,
Now my friend its up to the Administrator Bobs done his bit.
Next time why dont you try to get to see any of the interested parties
I await your report

All I'm saying is what he has told us we would have found out when it all comes out in the Administrators Report. To paint the guy as some kind of hero for gaining some advanced knowledge thanks to his position is somewhat OTT.
I personally do not have time to spare to do such stuff...& don't hold a position to gain such audiences.
But the FL advised ACL weeks ago that the GS was with CCFC Ltd, so their position hasn't shifted at all and in that sense we haven't learned a huge amount today, in fact I don't think we are any further forward in reality. I don't blame BA for trying but I'm not sure it has done much good.
Have you been reading the threads on here in the last few weeks? What if the GS is not i Ltd but in Holdings etc people were worried what if tht FL had got it wrong they have confirmed now its in Ltd no backtracking. This is a result dont you think that now there might be other people interested. Maybe not but I think that Sisu have shot themslves in the foot they have realised that hence the new court action
If the FL had got it wrong they would never had admitted it, the loss of face would have been huge, so they would have fudged it. I'm not sure what legal recourse SISU would have had since share is the FLs to issue anyway. The FL say it is with Ltd, and SISU I suspect still dispute that, so nothing has changed. The FL were always going to have the final say on this so I don't think confirmation of their position is the major step forward some think, but I can see why some take comfort from it.
Maybe not but I think that Sisu have shot themslves in the foot they have realised that hence the new court action
I think you could be onto something there.
Now I'm wondering what SISU's next actions would be should the court decide that the Council were in the wrong...
They now only own CCFC Holdings (whatever that is) and don't seem to have a leg to stand on.
It's not just the fact of the share, its the fact that hopefully the press will now report in detail and start to question why Sisu are running the club still. It was also the statement saying the Football league are also looking into the movement of player contracts and registrations from CCFCL to CCFCH.
It is just nice for someone other than the people on here, to confirm what we are all thinking.
Hopefully pressure will be placed on the administrator, to step forward and take over the running of the club. I always felt he left CCFCH (Sisu) running the team until he had finished his investigation and the league season was over.

Has the administrator said where the golden share is?
No, neither has the football league, only Bob has.
From what I can tell so far.
Couple of things here.
1) SISU have asserted their claim that the GS is in holdings, I feel sure there will be litigtion over this issue, I think a waryness of solicitors letters to the administrator are behind his lack of control.
2) The Administrator has yet to report, till he presents his report to the court we can't be sure
3) If the positions of the FL & administrator are not the same, then there is a rocky road ahead
4) SISU's pockets can be deep, whereas ACL have relatively limited resources, so ACL need a result, SISU want to spin the thing out & stress them..
The game is afoot & the victor is uncertain, however it is certain I will no longer attend matches while SISU are in charge, I abhor their lack of ethics, bankrupt morals & the zealotly behind it all.
