If JS has refused to further fund CCFC. Where does that leave the 3 directors? CCFC is ttrading while insolvent. The next two weeks will be crucial to the future of our club.

Agreed Otis, the accounts can't be signed off, no rent agreement. Only one match before month end and salaries and HMRC to pay. This coupled with today's action by ACL makes me fear for our future.

What is the end game re sisu or acl ? there has to be one both sides will have discussed actions, tactics, meanwhile there's a club to run, wages to pay. I think it's anytime now commitments and viability have to be submitted to the Football League for next season which includes the ground

If SISU stopped funding CCFC it would go into administration. ACL won't go bust now cause of what the council did. SISU gonna have to accept they have lost this battle and pay up or sell up. They won't be moving to a new ground or building a new one because that won't change anything with the unpaid rent.
