hi all. newbie to this forum, but have been following as a guest for a while, slate or rate as applicable.
i was driving away from the sheff utd match and put the phone in on as usual, a man phones in telling us all how abysmal the game was and everyone should be sacked. point was, it turns out, that this guy hadn't been. as a ST holder im sick of these no goers airing their views in public and would like your opinions please

Nothing against them in terms of the 'proper fan' debate, but to ring up and give opinions (based on the descriptions of Eakin as well!) on a game you weren't at is laughable. Do CWR not do any vetting on the callers before they put them live? By all means ring up with their views on management or what the team need to do, but they have no grounds to comment on player performances etc.

They are pre-screened by a researcher (at least they are on 5-live); so someone feels their points should be aired.
