In many ways you could argue that voicing Consuela is more controversial as he’s voicing someone from a minority and stereotyping the accent, much like Hank Azaria as Apu in the Simpsons.Not sure if this has been posted, but Mike Henry who voices Cleveland in Family Guy, is stepping down from the role. He tweeted saying people of colour should play characters of colour.
Going from his tweet, he will still voice Consuela, who is a Hispanic maid....
Also, The Simpsons will only cast non-White voice actors for non-White characters...

There’s also the small matter that black actors have voiced white characters before. The one that springs straight to mind is James Earl Jones voicing Darth Vadar. I think well known voice actor (and Marvin from Pulp Fiction) Phil LaMarr has voiced more than 1 white animated character.
It’s a difficult one. I’m not black so in many ways I’m not qualified to say it’s not offensive or it is offensive. As a white person I’m not offended by black actors voicing white characters but then as a white person I’ve not been subjected to decades of repression from people of a different skin colour.Really don't see the issue with it.
