That may well still be the case, but there can be little denying that your prediction of a wipeout of the Labour Party seems to be wrong. Fantastically so.

Think there is up there with the softest conversation on here, when we are allowed to watch documentaries or not. Really laying the authority down, LADS!!

Proud of my kids (4 girls all over voting age and son not able to vote yet). All girls have voted...1 is doing a count and two others attending counts. Son was at the hustings at school and stayed up till first declarations. I'm sitting at home with a glass of whiskey (4th so far)...lazy dad syndrome.

Flipping that seat from the SNP even by the tiniest of margins is a bit of a coup.

I wouldn't care if he lost to Tory, labour or independent. He lied over tuition fees in 2010 and gets all he deserves.

Walking through a field of wheat is not the naughtiest thing you've ever done now is it Mrs. May.

Why can't John Curtice go and sit with the rest of them?

Not sure. Think he is probably crunching numbers apart from moments he is speaking to camera.

Absolutely. Her gamble has backfired big time. Her manifesto was poor and changed when she was found out, she was neither strong nor stable and now looks increasingly isolated.

I'd like to go back to my teens, I'd like ccfc in the old 1st division. But I wouldn't like the prospect of thatcher coming in or of the three day week.

If that vile waste of space Alex Salmond loses his seat I will be made up. Though the irony of Scotland voting Tory to deny England a Labour government isn't lost on me.

I wouldn't even have Thatcher on the bench.

I would put her on the transfer list and hope some club in Buenos Aires would pick her up.
