Whilst I don’t agree with all of Corbyn or Johnson’s policies, including foreign policies, I really don’t see either as being a ‘danger to this country’s security’. Brexit is more of a threat to national security than either pm hopefuls.

No evidence? Have you got the Russia report?

Do you count ISIS supporting Saudi Arabia? Cos he did a lot more than say words about them Boris Johnson allowed arms sales to Saudis after Yemen bombing

What terrorist groups has he openly supported? Can you post quotes?

We also had very close ties with the US at a time when they were openly allowing (or at the very least turning a blind eye) to fundraising for the IRA, esp in places with high Irish-American populations like Boston. That is under both Tories and Labour.

You simply can’t be involved in geopolitics without coming into contact with some disgusting people by western standards. There’s not a clean politician around. Support Palestine? Terrorist sympathiser. Support Israel? Baby killer. Support unified Ireland? Terrorist sympathiser. Support the union? Terrorist sympathiser and supporter of state sanctioned murder.

It’s a ridiculous game to play. People who hate Britain don’t spend their life as an MP. Life is messy. Everyone needs to grow up or accept they’ll have to write off every politician

Anti-Semitism rate in the Labour Party: around 0.1% in the largest party by far in the country.

43% of Tory members express discomfort around a Muslim being in office-crickets.

Why is it that one party must be held to a far higher standard of conduct than the other? More to the point are we really to believe that the party of Section 28 and Enoch Powell is now the beacon of tolerance? You yourself don't buy the act

I express surprise because if fair is fair then a party where half are opposed to a brown PM deserves scrutiny by comparison to a fringe minority of moronic bigots. Oh and are we ignoring that the PM has published and defended racist views in a national paper? Why wasn't he investigated?

It's more tha ah but, that always goes on.

Now personally I welcome an independent investigation. It'll put to bed any accusations once and for all, won't it. Either there'll be an issue and it can then be dealt with (and the people who haven't dealt with it previously can then carry the can for not doing) or it'll show there is not an issue of any great note, upon which it'll stop the rumours and innuendo. It's a shame it couldn't have released its results before an election was called really.

That doesn't, however, stop me from condemning what seems like a whitewash by the Prime Minister of something hateful. I dunno, maybe he's done it because he feels there's *more* racism in the Tory Party than was being investigated...

Absolute perfect parody. Good job. Maybe a little over the top and not enough capitals but the terrible formatting and multiple exclamation marks are nice touches.

(ps spotted your deliberate misspelling of islamophobia *chefs kiss*)

address your concerns to the commission to see if there is a case. See another candidate has fell on her sword after admitting anti Semite statements

We'll find out, won't we. We both welcome the fact we'll find out, it seems.

So now, you'd condemn any attempt to whitewash claims of Islamophobia wouldn't you? tbf I think you would, you seem like a chap who respects the individual regardless of race, religion, choice of car, knowledge of the lyrics to Three Boats Down From the Candy...

So... how about just condemning it, instead of doing the 'ah but...'?

You can do it!

Boris Johnson on Ken Livingstone, who was kicked out of the Labour Party for AS:

“But here's old Ken - he's been crass, he's been insensitive and thuggish and brutal in his language - but I don't think actually if you read what he said, although it was extraordinary and rude, I don't think he was actually anti-Semitic.”

Nuts. Doubt this will happen but god knows. “The Greens do it” is never a good excuse in politics.

edit: headlines not coming through. Plans for labour to replace Corbyn with two leaders one Male one female, on remain one leave, one north one south

What do you call 43% of Tory members not wanting a Muslim Prime Minister for no reason other than his/her religion? Tell you what

'43% of Labour members are uncomfortable with a Jewish Prime Minister'

You'd lap that up all day long

No. Islamophobia is a word.

The definition of which is an irrational fear or hatred towards the religion of Islam and its followers
