Johnson wants to build a bridge to Trumpton.

Ohh, sorry, Trumptown.

He did indeed ram that line home consistently.

I thought he did better than a rambling humourless Corbyn.

Really?

I didn't think Corbyn was that great, but I thought Boris seemed rather clueless and just inserted Get Brexit Done into every answered question, whether it was on Islamophobia, the NHS or terrorists.

That's what I gathered and I'm not a fan of either person. They're both obnoxious little fuckers as far as I'm concerned but Corbyn was stiff and also kept saying the same thing over and over again and couldn't answer anything straight regarding Brexit.

Johnson has no ideas, no vision for this country... and he’s also morally redundant.

Corbyn only has to stick to his core values to beat him.

Is he flamboyant enough for a country obsessed with gimmicky celebrity? I don’t know.

One thing that always puzzles me is that when Johnson asks Corbyn how can he negotiate a Brexit deal when he is neutral, why Corbyn doesn't repsond with 'Well, Theresa May negotiated a deal and she voted remain!'

Better yet why did Johnson write essays for both sides before he calculated which one would get him to No. 10?

I think one of the biggest faux pas Boris made was when he said in regard to Islamophobia in his party that it was one bounce and they are out, but then later when Nick Robinson spoke of Tory candidates retweeting Islamophobic comments, Boris replied with that all of the candidates have now apologised, or are under investigation.

Hardly one bounce and they're out is it.

He should lead by example and bounce himself out. But it's pretty obvious he lost his moral compass long ago

The annual winter crisis in the NHS has begun. Loads of people doing a drinking game on taking a drink everytime he said get Brexit done and there's now been a huge surge in people arriving at A&E with alcohol poisoning.

He's actually misunderstood a reply. He said he wants to build a bridge to Ireland and the engineers replied "that's crackers!"

Tonight for me was very similar to their first debate. Relatively even and whoever you believe the policy of or like the presentation style of you'll probably think won. I think Corbyn just edged it and there did seem to me to be a few Tory fan boys in the audience there clapping loudly for Alexander and guffawing at his rather lame jokes and jibes at Corbyn.

Will give my opinion when I finally get to the end of it.

But suppose more of the same. Corbyn asking to let him finish his answer which doesn't answer the question given and Boris 'get Brexit done' Johnson not even pretending to answer any questions.

You and the dullard who made the meme don't understand PFI (the Tory designed system).
The worst thing New Labour did was embrace PFI but they did it to appease the ridiculous right wing press obsessed with keeping public spending down, as by its nature PFI stays off the treasury balance sheet.

that's what I like about Corbyns, (think it's probably O'Donnells), central bank idea, but on the balance sheet it looks like borrowing is up.
Dismissed by the tories but used to great effect in several countries including Germany, not exactly a Marxist stronghold.

According to local polling it would seem that Dennis Skinner may well lose the Bolsover seat he has held for 49 years. Nice way to spit in his face

Trustworthiness: Corbyn 48 Johnson 38
In touch with ordinary people: Corbyn 57 Johnson 29
Likeability: Corbyn 36 Johnson 55
Overall performance: Statistical tie

In other words fatty cracking off jokes matters more than honesty and relating to the average person.
