Best to be OTT, I guess when it comes to this kind of thing. Not all obviously, but there are a few cities outside London that are tourist destinations, which were affected. Liverpool for example. I notice a lot of the trouble in Liverpool last Saturday was by the Travelodge that my son and I were in back in May. For a start, the annual net migration figure that gets quoted contains a very large number of overseas students and they are also very visible so they're definitely part of it.
