Its certainly 2pm because of the Northampton Saints. In a crazy world it would be Northampton rearranging their kick off time not COVENTRY CITY!!!
As I recall, it was to do with the time that the Saturday morning shifts at the car factories finished.
The Saints hold a lot of politcal sway in the town, which is often viewed as more of a rugby town anyway. In fainrness they do get crowds of 14k are second in the league and have been European Champions! The fans are still generally a bunch of footbal hating miseries though despite the success.
