We have seen the action that happens though when they do something wrong. Either change the rules so that it isn't breaking them any more or a slap on the wrist.

I wasn't expecting much when I contacted them to be honest but the fact that as a member of the public you can't even register a complaint against the behaviour of your own local council is pretty shocking even going off my already low expectations.
