I don't claim to be an expert but I could reverse that question and say why hasn't he signed. We got the other two players in quickly on loan.why would he have signed by now? what are you basing this on? transfers can being really quick or they can drag on
it can take time to sign players that their clubs can command a good fee for and and we are not the only other option than the dole for

If you did a poll on who had seen him play a full 90 mins on more than 5 occasions you would have less than 5% who had.

We all know we need a different more athletic and physical CM, my point s that we don’t know that he’s the one. We haven’t seen enough of him.
The highlights reels mean nothing …. I’ve seen players exit Cov with highlights vids pulled together by their agents that make them look much much better than we saw and totally ignore the players obvious weaknesses.
We haven't, granted, but we know we need one and I'd imagine the manager and his team have done a bit more than look at a hilight reel and he seems to be the player they want to bring in so I trust their judgement.
As I said in an earlier post, if this doesn't happen I hope there's a plan B that we can get over the line quickly
