Just arrived back from the local pub, I spoke to a tabloid journalist who suggested we have absolutely no possibility of recruiting RVN, if that means we are getting FL which he he did not suggest would be the case, I would be fucking gutted. Surely, we can do better than Lampard.

To me, all 3 leading candidates had their pros and cons. And there's that unquantifiable 'right fit' for a club. Any or none of them might have that!
