Not even just a thing for International transfers. Transferroom is really good & used a lot even for domestic transfers. Contains a lot of statistics & their own player ratings system. Selling/loaning clubs also use it to encourage interest in their players.

Posted something in the football forum about a data scouting app as well, allows players to upload video of them doing preset drills and highlights and then scouts can find them in the app. Means you don’t have to hope a scout comes to see you in Timbuktu.
