How would you change the mentality of the club when playing at home? ... And change it into a place where other teams don't want to come...

Make season tickets £150, payable weekly, fortnightly or monthly, and raise matchday prices to £35. Everywhere. Reduce (standard) away capacity to 2000, as per Crewe game. Allow season tickets throughout the ground, with the proviso to relocate to existing 'home' areas if we need to accommodate larger away followings such as for cup matches.

We need some radical thinking, to fill the Ricoh (?) next year, and gain promotion from this league.

And get rid of Sisu.

Just open Tesco stand, and move away fans a few blocks closer to B15.

The feng shui is all wrong , We should swap ends for a start it would also make it easier and less expensive to police allowing home fans to disperse faster, The plans/ layout of the ground are all wrong which is typical of coventry city planning department as we all know.

Indeed. seats should be sold from the front backwards, some of the fans are so far away from the pitch to render them sleepy spectators. Ambitious tactics at home, getting some pace in the team and taking the game to the opposition. Cheap tickets for all juveniles under 16, no more than a fiver.

Above all though, the removal of devious owners who see the club as a means to make money, the end of illegality and negligence in filing accounts and borrowing from future ticket sales and refusing to pay for facilities provided. The end of £12 million administration charges and mysterious spiralling debts. The end of unaffordable and lengthy contracts to both managers and players. The inclusion of supporters groups, fan clubs and season ticket holders in financial planning and constructive cooperation with local authorities to maintain competitive and realistic charges to the club and attending supporters.

Simple clear pricing structure

£10 a ticket for all ages/ under 10's go free

£150 season tickets for all ages,all areas/under 10's free

Open up next to away fans for home ticket sales

Become attacking passing team

Succes

New owners

Investment in team

Coventrytise the stadium (stand names, posters of legends/ past players/ make it ours

Development around the ground (more pubs more things to do pre match, gets people in a better mood ready for the game = better atmosphere

Passionate players

Just a thought I know a bloke who has an English Mastiff and a few balloons spare if we all sit close to pitch side maybe it will intimidate the other teams players..

Close the Telegraph. Move the fans by the scoreboard further towards the middle of the pitch. Move the away fans closer to the scoreboard. There will still still be a fair distance to stop any knobheads chucking stuff or trying anything. The sets of fans will be facing each other more, creating a better atmosphere. If they are going to keep it as it is, then reduce the ticket prices in 15,16,17. Get the younger fans in there making some noise. The atmosphere is dire at the moment!

Call the stands that aren't sponsored The Jimmy Hill Stand etc. give the club and stadium some identity, none of this Tesco Stand nonsense.
