Shocking, disgrace, absolute lack of respect to sky-blue fans - Just been reported that the football league are meeting today to discuss what punishment the club will receive liquidating the club - same people that dragged their feet for months and would not get involved but as soon as there is an opportunity stick the knife in further and ultimately punish the fans they decide that this situation needs urgent attention like 25 or 30 points deduction

Words can't describe the contempt i hold for the FL at the moment. Spineless yet when they have a chance to make an example of someone, their so quick to react, look at Luton.

Surely the Football League should look at the details of The Northampton rent details and the ACL proposals and then ask SISU what their reasons were for not accepting the ACL proposal if the difference is not massively different ,taking probable attendances and fans feelings in to account ,if SISU can not come up with any answers then they should take away their permission to move to Northampton .

I know they won't they will just agree to everything SISU want .

Nope the FL will just say its their rules and as they are ungoverned they can do what they want.
They ll say we do nt need to look at ACLs offers as the administrator Appleton has said there offers
are illegal under the Insolvency Act.
They really do nt give a toss about CCFC !!

I just want the FL to do as they said, no back peddling, no change of mind, no discretion
The ground share approval statement contained -

"Nevertheless, the Board's approval remains entirely conditional on the Club ultimately exiting administration in accordance with The Football League's conditions and achieving a successful transfer of its League share."

We have not come out of admin so withdraw the approval and get us back to the Ricoh and start playing football

The fans have been pleading with the FL for help in sorting out the mess at our club. They have totally ignored us. They will probably still ignore us. We are the only ones who are really suffering.:thinking about::thinking about::thinking about:

Quick to enforce some rules eager to bend them when it suits them. It's about time these faceless gimps became accountable for their actions through regulation.

As said in other threads Portsmouth seem to have had 9 lives with these people. Repeated ventures into administration but the penalty never increased, refusal to consider any bidders other than the supporters' trust, and even bent their rules to allow their points deduction after the specified deadline during a league season.

This isn't even a classic liquidation in the sense of the club running out of money and defaulting-it's just shifting contracts around and dissolving companies to get at ACL. I have nothing but pure contempt for these people-even just last season gone their rules allowed Cardiff to rack up debts of around £80m with impunity to get promoted, and allowed Watford to get goodness knows how many players from Udinese for nothing by exploiting multiple ownership. Why not make an example of these clubs too?

Spineless. Totally spineless.

am incandescent with bad feelings about the F/L & others who continue to take it out on the fans,
if the FA are the bosses of the FL, then they should be doing something,
PUSB, & FOS
