In life do you always go straight in with demands, or do you ask first?

In a position of strength which we would have been five years ago you really demand and force the weak party to concede. They should have buried ACL when they were in the ascendency.

I would have been happier if they'd have negotiated at the time or walked away. ACL have evidenced flexibility in recent months. They could have done so then

I Seem to recall the council spouting that sisu were the preferred bidder at the time. they were hood winked like the majority. the financial crisis hitting a year later didn't help things. personally I still stand by my thoughts back then, we should have gone into administration same as leicester. bad times right now. Pusb.

The tone of your language concerns me.

It suggests you would like to see ACL destroyed.

It's funny how those that seek to demonise SISU at every turn will constantly refer to events that happened years ago to support their case. What they don't bring up so often (strange this) is how the council INSISTED that the club ONLY deal with SISU when there were other interested bidders at the time. A case of reaping what you sow in some respects.
