Nice to see they put the prices up for the occasion, 4.50 for a can of lager?? Used to be about 5.30 a pie and pint

4 for £15 wasnt the most offensive thing ive ever seen, running out of beer at half time was shocking though. The service down there has always been abysmal so i guess it was just a sign of being home :)

Jesus what did people do back on the day? Can't you go a couple of hours without a drink or food? This is why people spend 20 mins of the game standing downstairs. Weird

Went down 10 min before half time. Qued for 20 min for a pie to be told all food had sold out. Piss poor on what was otherwise a great night.
sort the catering out please it's not difficult

Yeah, it was piss poor. They'd run out of everything except for crisps in bar 1883 before kick off too.

Managed to get one of the last soft drinks at half time, the till operative for the adjacent queue disappeared to do 'errands'. The was very very disorganised.

You missed 10 minutes of one of the most important games in our recent history to queue for some processed meat in pastry?

Not judging, but I do find that a bit odd. Not than you were the only one.

Ferret I had to go to the game straight from work and had nothing to eat since 2pm. Thought by going down before the mad rush I would beat the que but how wrong I was.
ive never left a game early in 31 years home and away so please don't judge others without knowing the reasons why.

i don't understand people who leave games 10 min before the end but each to their own.

te catering situation was crap. Not enough food, not enough staff serving. It's not like they didn't know that there would be a large crowd !
