Mowbray's had a lot to prove in my opinion after last years capitulation, and the transfer window activity has been bizzare. I know SISU aren't bankrolling him billions, but he's had enough to assemble a good squad.
Poor decision making, poor acquisition of targets, soft team with no aggression, unable to adapt to changes. I could go on. The window has shut now, so there really isn't an excuse.

With two games a week a lot of the time is taken up by recovery afterwards then preparing for the next match. Not much time for high intensity training with two matches a week.They play competitively max 3 hours a week...the rest of their working week is training. TM has enough input with the current players to get them playing better than this surely.
