Everyone who heard that interview, and bears in mind this man has 'headed' the face of SISU in it's many iterations, will have no doubts as to why a deal - of any type - could not be struck during negotiations.

I suspect many within CCC/ACL/Higgs are sick to the back teeth of his shenanigans. You have to have trust with any partner with whom you try and strike a deal. He has zero credibility in my eyes; and as the long time CEO of the entity running our football club, that's horrifying

No, if was £5m for Higgs and the rest for the loan IIRC. They thought they could get he loan for about £7m. Like I said happy to be proven wrong if you have a link. I honestly can't remember the ccc 50% ever being an option/discussed.

We don't know for sure. Fisher said that they offered 2m possibly raising to 10m. Joy had said that she is only interested in the freehold. Yet you try to tell us that Joy is willing to pay up to 10m for the Higgs share.

10m for the freehold and turned down makes sense. 10m for the Higgs share has as much chance as a new stadium getting built.
